Born in 1966 and a graduate in Economics and Business Administration from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, he has been a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 1995. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). A founding partner of International TAX Network, a network of professionals in a number of foreign countries, he advises both Italian and international companies.
He is an expert in domestic and international taxation, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions, generational transfers, financial intermediaries and securities market operators.
He has served as an independent director of a listed company, chairing the internal control committee and sitting on the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He currently serves as director, statutory auditor and liquidator of various companies. He is auditor of Fondazione Fiera Milano and internal auditor of a trust company controlled by a leading Swiss banking group.
