orn in 1971 and a graduate in Economics and Business Administration of from the University of Trieste, she has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan (ODCEC) since 2007 and of the Register of Auditors since 2008. A founding partner of International TAX Network, a network of professionals present in a number of foreign countries, she has extensive experience in corporate taxation, with a focus on holding companies, generational transfers and financial intermediaries.She also provides ongoing advisory services to leading Swiss banks.
Over the last decade she has extended her specialisation to medium-sized and large agricultural businesses.
Formerly a member of the board of statutory auditors and an auditor in numerous Italian companies, she currently serves on the board of statutory auditors of a trust company controlled by one of the largest Swiss banks.
